1. Acceptance, Definitions and Scope
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
The use of any Fast4u product, service, website, application, software, platform, infrastructure, cloud service, hosting service, domain service, cybersecurity service, artificial intelligence service, consulting service, managed IT service, support service, repair service or related offering constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
Acceptance may be demonstrated through any of the following actions: electronic signature, handwritten signature, clicking an acceptance button, submitting an order, paying an invoice, accepting a quotation, requesting support, opening a support ticket, using a service, accessing a customer portal, maintaining an active subscription, or continuing to use services after updated Terms are published.
Electronic acceptance, electronic signatures, email approvals, online payments, portal use, ticket submissions, or continued use of services shall have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If an individual accepts these Terms on behalf of a company, organization or other entity, that individual represents and warrants that they possess authority to bind such entity.
1.2 Definitions

“Services” means all products, professional services, managed services, support services, consulting services, hosting services, development services, software, hardware, licenses and related offerings provided by Fast4u.
“Customer Content” means all data, files, software, databases, text, images, media, credentials, communications and other materials supplied by or on behalf of the Customer.
“Third-Party Services” means products, software, APIs, platforms, hosting providers, cloud providers, registrars, payment processors, AI providers, telecommunications providers and other vendors not directly owned or operated by Fast4u.
1.3 Worldwide Applicability
These Terms apply globally to all customers regardless of country, state, province or territory.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws, privacy laws, employment laws, cybersecurity regulations or other non-waivable legal rights apply, these Terms shall be interpreted to preserve their intent while complying with such mandatory requirements.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
1.4 Scope of Services
Fast4u may provide, depending upon the applicable agreement, quotation, invoice, service order, statement of work or subscription, managed IT services, technical support, computer repair, software installation, cloud services, cybersecurity services, artificial intelligence services, web development, software development, webmaster services, domain management, DNS management, hosting services, email services, consulting services, automation services, digital marketing services, SEO services, training services, hardware sales, software licensing and related technology services.
If a conflict exists between these Terms and a separately signed written agreement executed by Fast4u, the signed agreement shall control only with respect to the specific conflicting provisions and only for the services covered by that agreement.
2. Orders, Quotes, Statements of Work and Change Requests
2.1 Quotations and Proposals
Quotes, estimates, proposals, statements of work and project descriptions are valid only for the period expressly stated therein. If no validity period is specified, Fast4u reserves the right to modify, withdraw or revise any proposal at any time prior to acceptance.
2.2 Project Scope
Only services expressly identified in writing are included within a project scope. Unless expressly stated otherwise, additional features, design revisions, integrations, emergency work, migrations, data cleanup, compatibility fixes, regulatory compliance work, security remediation, training, documentation and third-party coordination are outside scope and billable.
2.3 Change Requests
Any modification to approved specifications, project scope, deliverables, milestones or requirements may result in additional fees, revised timelines or both. Fast4u may require written approval before commencing work associated with a change request.
2.4 Estimates and Timelines
Project schedules, completion dates and timelines are estimates only unless expressly guaranteed in a signed written agreement. Customer delays, third-party delays, vendor delays, force majeure events, approval delays, content delays or technical limitations may affect project completion dates. Fast4u shall not be liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
3. Billing, Payment, Taxes and Ownership of Goods
3.1 Payment Terms
Invoices are payable according to the payment terms indicated on the invoice. Unless otherwise stated in writing, invoices are due immediately upon receipt. Fast4u may require deposits, retainers, milestone payments, prepaid subscriptions or advance payments. Work may be delayed, suspended or terminated until required payments are received.
3.2 Taxes
The Customer is responsible for all applicable sales taxes, value-added taxes, goods and services taxes, duties, withholding taxes, regulatory fees and government assessments. Amounts invoiced by Fast4u do not include taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
3.3 Late Payments
Fast4u may suspend, restrict or terminate services for non-payment. The Customer shall remain responsible for collection costs, legal fees, chargeback fees, administrative fees, banking fees, payment processing fees and interest where permitted by law.
Fast4u shall not be liable for resulting downtime, business interruption, loss of data, loss of email services, loss of hosting services or related damages arising from suspension for non-payment.
3.4 Ownership of Goods Until Payment
All products, hardware, equipment, licenses and deliverables remain the property of Fast4u until paid in full. Ownership shall not transfer until Fast4u receives complete payment of all amounts due. Fast4u reserves all rights permitted by applicable law to recover unpaid goods or suspend access to unpaid services.
4. Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
4.1 No Refunds for Professional Services
Except where prohibited by mandatory law, professional services are deemed consumed when performed or made available. No refunds shall be provided for consulting services, technical support, managed services, development services, cybersecurity services, AI services, research, diagnostics, travel, installation, configuration, training, maintenance, custom work or digital services.
4.2 Non-Refundable Items
Domain registrations, domain renewals, software licenses, activation keys, digital products, custom products, configured products, opened products, special-order products, subscription fees and third-party costs incurred on behalf of the Customer are non-refundable.
4.3 Authorized Returns
Returns require prior written authorization. Authorized returns may be subject to inspection, testing, restocking fees up to twenty-five percent (25%), shipping costs, handling fees and reconditioning fees. Approval of a return request does not guarantee issuance of a refund.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 Customer Cooperation
The Customer shall provide all information, approvals, credentials, licenses, content and cooperation reasonably required for Fast4u to provide services. Failure to provide required cooperation may delay services and result in additional charges.
5.2 Accuracy of Information
The Customer warrants that all information provided to Fast4u is accurate, complete and lawful. Fast4u shall not be responsible for errors, delays or damages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the Customer.
5.3 Rights to Materials
The Customer represents and warrants that it possesses all necessary rights, permissions, licenses and authorizations required to provide content, data, software, trademarks, images, databases and other materials to Fast4u.
5.4 Security Responsibilities
The Customer is responsible for password security, user account security, endpoint security, internal access controls, employee conduct, device security and compliance obligations.
5.5 Backup Responsibilities
The Customer shall maintain independent backups of all systems, websites, databases, email accounts, files and configurations. Fast4u services do not replace a Customer's obligation to maintain business continuity and disaster recovery measures.
6. Managed IT Services Agreement (MSA)
6.1 Scope
Managed IT services may include monitoring, maintenance, patch management, remote support, endpoint management, user administration, security recommendations, vendor coordination and system administration. Specific services depend on the applicable service plan or written agreement.
6.2 Exclusions
Unless expressly included in writing, managed services do not include unlimited remediation, hardware replacement, data recovery, software development, litigation support, digital forensics, regulatory audits, incident response, third-party licensing costs, on-site services or after-hours services.
6.3 Customer Obligations
The Customer remains responsible for internal policies, compliance decisions, cyber insurance, physical security, business continuity planning, user training and approval of recommended security measures.
6.4 Right to Refuse Work
Fast4u may refuse any request, configuration, action or instruction that Fast4u reasonably believes violates applicable law, creates security risks, endangers personnel, conflicts with industry best practices, exceeds contractual scope or exposes Fast4u to unreasonable liability.
7. Web Development, Software Development, Webmaster and Digital Services
7.1 Professional Services Basis
Web development, software development, webmaster services, application development, automation, e-commerce development, API integration, database development, digital marketing, analytics, search engine optimization (SEO), advertising support and related digital services are provided on a professional services and best-efforts basis unless otherwise expressly stated in a signed written agreement. Fast4u does not guarantee any specific technical, commercial, operational or financial outcome.
7.2 Deliverables and Acceptance
Deliverables may include designs, websites, applications, integrations, databases, automations, scripts, reports, configurations, documentation and related work products. Customer approval, publication, deployment, production use, payment of an invoice, or continued use of a deliverable shall constitute acceptance of that deliverable. Following acceptance, additional corrections, modifications, enhancements or revisions may be billable.
7.3 Customer Content and Approvals
The Customer remains solely responsible for website content, product information, images and media, trademarks, copyright compliance, privacy policies, terms of service, regulatory disclosures, marketing claims, business information and user-generated content. Fast4u may rely on information supplied by the Customer without independently verifying its accuracy.
7.4 Compatibility and Third-Party Changes
Fast4u does not guarantee future compatibility with browsers, operating systems, devices, CMS platforms, themes, plugins, APIs, third-party software, cloud services, payment gateways or advertising platforms. Changes made by third parties may require additional paid work.
7.5 Customer or Third-Party Modifications
Any modification made by the Customer or by a third party to systems, websites, applications, configurations or deliverables provided by Fast4u may void support obligations, correction commitments and implementation warranties. Fast4u reserves the right to charge for diagnostics, remediation or restoration resulting from such modifications.
8. Hosting, Domains, DNS and Email Services
8.1 General Hosting Services
Hosting, cloud, DNS, email, storage, database and related services may depend on infrastructure operated by Fast4u and third-party providers. Services are provided on an “as available” basis subject to operational, technical and security limitations.
8.2 Domain Names
Domain registration, transfer, renewal and management services are subject to registrar, registry and industry policies. The Customer is responsible for maintaining accurate registration information, monitoring expiration dates, paying renewal fees and complying with registry requirements.
Failure to renew a domain may result in expiration, suspension, redemption fees, transfer restrictions or permanent loss of the domain name. Fast4u shall not be liable for domain expiration, loss or transfer resulting from Customer action or inaction.
8.3 DNS Services
DNS services may be affected by registrar changes, propagation delays, third-party outages, security incidents and Customer configuration errors. Fast4u does not guarantee uninterrupted DNS availability.
8.4 Email Services
Email delivery is inherently dependent upon third-party systems and Internet infrastructure. Fast4u does not guarantee delivery, inbox placement, receipt, availability, filtering outcomes or reputation scores. Email services may be affected by spam filtering, blacklists, DNS configuration, recipient policies, third-party outages and security measures.
8.5 Resource Limits
Fast4u may establish reasonable limits regarding storage, CPU utilization, memory usage, bandwidth, email volume, database resources, API usage and concurrent connections. Such limits may be modified as reasonably necessary to maintain security, stability and performance.
8.6 Security Actions
Fast4u may, without prior notice where necessary, take protective actions including removing malware, disabling scripts, restricting access, blocking traffic, suspending accounts, isolating compromised systems and limiting resource consumption. Such actions may be taken to protect customers, infrastructure, third parties or Fast4u operations.
8.7 Hosting Is Not a Backup Service
Hosting, email and cloud services are not substitutes for backup systems, archiving solutions, disaster recovery programs, business continuity planning or regulatory retention requirements. Customers remain responsible for maintaining independent backups.
9. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
9.1 General SLA Terms
Unless expressly provided in a separate signed SLA, all uptime targets, response times, resolution estimates and performance metrics are non-binding objectives only. Fast4u does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
9.2 Response Times
Response time means the time required to acknowledge or begin reviewing a request. Response time does not mean resolution time, repair time, completion time or restoration time. Actual resolution depends upon complexity, third-party involvement, customer cooperation, vendor response times and technical conditions.
9.3 SLA Exclusions
Any SLA measurement excludes interruptions caused by Customer actions, third-party providers, scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, security incidents, cyberattacks, utility failures, Internet outages, force majeure events, non-payment or Customer systems.
9.4 Service Credits
Where service credits are expressly provided in a signed SLA, such credits constitute the Customer's sole and exclusive remedy for qualifying service interruptions. No other compensation shall be owed unless required by applicable law.
10. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
10.1 General Requirement
Customers shall use Fast4u services only for lawful, authorized and responsible purposes. Any use that creates risk, harm, liability or disruption may result in immediate suspension or termination.
10.2 Prohibited Activities
Prohibited activities include spam, phishing, fraud, identity theft, malware distribution, botnets, unauthorized scanning, credential harvesting, unauthorized access, circumvention of security controls, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, distribution of illegal content, harassment, defamation, hate-based content, exploitative content, illegal gambling, fraudulent marketing and network abuse.
10.3 Resource Abuse
Customers may not use services in a manner that degrades system performance, interferes with other users, consumes unreasonable resources, threatens system stability or creates security risks.
10.4 Enforcement
Fast4u may investigate, restrict, suspend, remove content, block traffic or terminate services when it reasonably believes a violation has occurred. Fast4u may cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, registrars, hosting providers and other authorized parties where legally appropriate.
11. Cybersecurity, Data Backup and Disaster Recovery
11.1 No Absolute Security
No cybersecurity service, software, monitoring system, configuration, assessment or recommendation can guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access, malware, viruses, ransomware, phishing, fraud, data breaches, insider threats, human error or advanced persistent threats. Cybersecurity services are intended to reduce risk, not eliminate risk.
11.2 Customer Security Responsibilities
The Customer remains responsible for password policies, multi-factor authentication, access management, user training, compliance obligations, internal security procedures and incident response planning.
11.3 Independent Backups
The Customer shall maintain independent, current and tested backups of websites, databases, email systems, files, applications, servers, cloud environments and configurations. Failure to maintain backups is solely the Customer's responsibility.
11.4 Recovery Services
Any data recovery, restoration, forensic analysis or disaster recovery assistance is performed on a best-efforts basis only. Fast4u does not guarantee recovery success, data integrity, preservation of data, restoration completeness or recovery time objectives. Recovery services may be separately billable.
11.5 Cyber Insurance
Fast4u recommends that Customers maintain appropriate cyber insurance, business interruption insurance and technology-related insurance coverage. Fast4u does not provide insurance and is not responsible for determining adequate coverage.
12. Artificial Intelligence Services Disclaimer
12.1 AI Services
Fast4u may provide services involving artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, large language models, AI agents, AI automation, AI-assisted analysis, AI-assisted development and AI-assisted content generation.
12.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, hallucinated, misleading or inappropriate for specific purposes. Fast4u does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, originality or reliability of AI-generated content.
12.3 Human Review Requirement
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing, validating and approving all AI-generated outputs before publication, distribution, operational use, regulatory submission, commercial deployment or decision-making.
12.4 No Professional Advice
AI services do not constitute legal, medical, financial, accounting, tax, engineering or regulatory advice. Qualified professionals should be consulted where appropriate.
12.5 Third-Party AI Providers
AI services may rely upon third-party providers, platforms, models and infrastructure. Fast4u is not responsible for provider outages, model changes, policy changes, pricing changes, data practices, feature removals or output limitations. Use of AI services may be subject to additional third-party terms and conditions.
12.6 Customer Data and AI
The Customer represents and warrants that it possesses all necessary rights and permissions required to submit content, data and materials to AI systems used in connection with Fast4u services. The Customer remains solely responsible for ensuring compliance with privacy, intellectual property, confidentiality and regulatory obligations relating to such data.
13. Privacy, Confidentiality and Data Processing Addendum (GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25)
13.1 General Privacy Principles
Fast4u may collect, use, store, process and disclose information reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, process payments, manage customer accounts, provide support, improve services, comply with legal obligations and protect legitimate business interests. The Customer acknowledges that certain information may be required for Fast4u to provide services effectively.
13.2 Roles and Responsibilities
Depending on the nature of the services, Fast4u may act as service provider, processor, sub-processor, contractor, vendor or independent controller where permitted by law. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Customer remains responsible for determining lawful bases for processing, privacy notices, consent requirements, data retention policies, data subject rights obligations and regulatory reporting obligations.
13.3 Data Processing
Fast4u shall process personal information only as reasonably necessary to deliver services, follow documented instructions, maintain security, troubleshoot systems, prevent abuse, fulfill contractual obligations and comply with applicable laws.
13.4 Security Measures
Fast4u will implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the services provided. However, no system, network, software, platform or security measure can guarantee absolute security.
13.5 International Data Transfers
The Customer authorizes Fast4u to use vendors, infrastructure providers and subcontractors located in various jurisdictions. Personal information may be processed, stored, transmitted or accessed in Canada, the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or other jurisdictions where service providers operate. The Customer acknowledges that data protection laws may differ between jurisdictions.
13.6 Subprocessors
Fast4u may engage third-party vendors, cloud providers, hosting providers, registrars, payment processors, AI providers, communication platforms, cybersecurity providers and technical subcontractors as reasonably necessary to provide services. The Customer authorizes such use unless prohibited by a separately executed written agreement.
13.7 Confidentiality
Each party shall use reasonable efforts to protect confidential information received from the other party. Confidential information excludes information that is publicly available, becomes publicly available without breach, was already lawfully known, is independently developed, is lawfully obtained from another source or must be disclosed by law or court order.
13.8 Privacy Incidents and Security Breaches
If Fast4u becomes aware of a confirmed security incident involving Customer personal information under Fast4u's control and presenting a significant risk, Fast4u shall take commercially reasonable steps to investigate the incident, mitigate impacts, restore affected services where feasible and notify the Customer within a reasonable period, subject to technical, legal, regulatory and investigative constraints. Fast4u does not guarantee prevention of all incidents.
13.9 Retention and Deletion
Upon termination of services, Fast4u may retain, archive, anonymize or delete information according to legal obligations, security requirements, accounting requirements, backup schedules, litigation preservation obligations and operational practices. The Customer remains responsible for exporting any information it wishes to retain.
14. Intellectual Property, Customer Content and Copyright Complaints
14.1 Fast4u Intellectual Property
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Fast4u retains ownership of source code, scripts, frameworks, libraries, templates, methodologies, internal tools, documentation, designs, configurations, processes, know-how, trade secrets and proprietary systems. Ownership remains with Fast4u until full payment has been received.
14.2 Customer Content
The Customer retains ownership of Customer Content. The Customer grants Fast4u a limited license to use, copy, process, transmit, modify and store Customer Content solely as necessary to provide services. The Customer represents and warrants that it possesses all required rights and permissions relating to Customer Content.
14.3 Deliverables
Upon full payment, the Customer receives only those rights expressly granted in the applicable agreement, proposal, invoice or statement of work. Fast4u retains ownership of pre-existing materials, generic code, reusable components, methodologies, internal systems and development frameworks.
14.4 Open Source Components
Services may incorporate open-source software governed by applicable open-source licenses. The Customer agrees to comply with all applicable license requirements.
14.5 Copyright Complaints
Fast4u respects intellectual property rights and may investigate complaints regarding allegedly infringing content. A valid complaint should include identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement under penalty of perjury where applicable and a physical or electronic signature.
14.6 Enforcement Actions
Fast4u may remove content, disable access, forward complaints, request additional information, suspend accounts or terminate repeat infringers. Such actions may be taken without liability to the Customer.
15. Third-Party Services, Vendors and Integrations
15.1 Third-Party Dependencies
Services may depend upon hosting providers, cloud providers, registrars, payment processors, software vendors, telecommunications providers, security providers, advertising platforms, AI providers, API providers and open-source projects.
15.2 No Responsibility for Third Parties
Fast4u is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, feature removals, security incidents, data losses, policy changes, service suspensions, account restrictions or licensing changes.
15.3 Third-Party Terms
The Customer agrees to comply with all applicable third-party terms, licenses and policies. Violations of third-party requirements may result in service restrictions beyond Fast4u's control.
15.4 Vendor Actions
Fast4u shall not be liable for actions taken by third-party providers, including account suspensions, service terminations, blacklisting, security enforcement and regulatory compliance actions.
16. Warranties, Disclaimers, No Guarantee of Results and Limitation of Liability
16.1 Services Provided As-Is
Except where expressly stated in a signed written agreement, all services and products are provided “as is,” “as available,” and without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.
16.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast4u disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, data preservation and compatibility.
16.3 No Guarantee of Results
Fast4u does not guarantee SEO rankings, search engine placement, website traffic, sales, revenue, lead generation, advertising performance, AI outcomes, cybersecurity outcomes, uptime, deliverability or commercial success. All services are provided on a best-efforts basis.
16.4 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fast4u, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, lost goodwill, lost customers, lost data, business interruption, indirect damages, incidental damages, special damages, consequential damages, exemplary damages or punitive damages.
16.5 Maximum Liability
Maximum liability: Under no circumstances shall Fast4u's total cumulative liability exceed the total amount paid by the Customer to Fast4u during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation applies regardless of legal theory, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statutory liability or otherwise.
17. Indemnification, Arbitration, Class Action Waiver and Claim Limitation Period
17.1 Customer Indemnification
The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Fast4u and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, suppliers and licensors against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from use of services, Customer Content, Customer instructions, violation of these Terms, violation of law, violation of third-party rights, intellectual property infringement, privacy violations, data protection violations, security incidents caused by Customer systems or disputes involving Customer users, clients or employees.
17.2 Mandatory Arbitration
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes arising from or relating to Fast4u services, products, agreements or these Terms shall first be submitted to confidential and binding arbitration before any lawsuit may be commenced.
17.3 Arbitration Procedures
Unless otherwise required by law, arbitration shall be conducted in English or French, shall occur in Quebec, Canada, the arbitrator shall be independent and qualified, the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise ordered.
17.4 Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Customer waives any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, representative proceedings, collective proceedings or private attorney general actions. All claims must be brought solely on an individual basis.
17.5 Claim Limitation Period
Any claim, objection, dispute, billing complaint, defect allegation or legal demand must be submitted in writing within ninety (90) days after the event giving rise to the claim. Failure to provide timely notice constitutes waiver of the claim to the maximum extent permitted by law. Where applicable law prohibits such limitation, the shortest legally permitted limitation period shall apply.
18. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, Force Majeure, Suspension, Termination, Modifications and General Provisions
18.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
18.2 Jurisdiction
Subject to the arbitration provisions herein, the Customer irrevocably accepts the jurisdiction of Quebec, Canada for matters that may properly be brought before a court.
18.3 Force Majeure
Fast4u shall not be liable for delays, interruptions or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, pandemics, utility failures, Internet outages, cyberattacks, supply chain disruptions, government actions, platform failures and third-party service failures.
18.4 Suspension and Termination
Fast4u may suspend, restrict or terminate services immediately where payment is overdue, these Terms are violated, security risks arise, fraud is suspected, the Acceptable Use Policy is violated, third-party providers suspend related services or legal obligations require suspension.
18.5 Effects of Termination
Upon termination, outstanding amounts become immediately due, service access may cease, licenses may terminate, data may be deleted, archived or retained, and the Customer remains responsible for retrieving its information.
18.6 Modifications
Fast4u may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms may be published through websites, portals, invoices, service notices or other reasonable methods. Continued use of services after publication constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
18.7 Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18.8 No Waiver
Failure by Fast4u to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of any right or remedy.
18.9 Assignment
The Customer may not assign these Terms without Fast4u's prior written consent. Fast4u may assign these Terms in connection with merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets or business transfer.
18.10 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with applicable quotations, invoices, statements of work, service orders and signed agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the services provided.
18.11 Survival
Payment obligations, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property provisions, data protection provisions, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, jurisdiction, Acceptable Use Policy, warranty disclaimers and any provisions intended by their nature to survive termination shall survive termination.
18.12 Language
These Terms may be provided in English and French. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the language version designated by Fast4u for the applicable transaction shall govern in the event of inconsistency.
